Full Job Description
Full & Part time Senior Domiciliary Care worker required for an immediate start (pending necessary checks). Must be qualified to NVQ level 2 & working towards NVQ level 3 with minimum of 6 months experience. Job is based in Perry Barr - Birmingham; applicant must be drivers with their own transport. Need to be numerate & literate as this job is part office based & part field based. Key function of this role is able to deliver very high standard of care to clients in their own home, from initial assessment to drawing up Care plans, implementations & ensuring continuity of care. Weekend & unsociable hours are part of the working week, with occasional emergency cover & on call on rota basis.
